Pageant Preparation / Individual Titleholder Management (services brochure)
Per pageant, event or retainer based, we will assist with all aspects of pageant preparation.
Including, but not limited to, listing in our "Queens' Bureau", press and publicity, title holder
send-offs, event and appearance management, courtesies and gift packages, sponsorships
& fund raising, Judges' recruitment & chairing. We will also accompany clients to events to manage media/press request and inquiries. Assist national, state or local pageant titleholders with fund raising, sponsorship opportunities and appearance management.
* Ask us about our pageant award and prize sponsorship services as well as the three levels of Queens' Bureau.
Event Planning / Fund Raising
Through our resources, we will manage all aspects of planning, promotion and/or public relations for your promotional, educational, fund raising or social events. Our roles include, but aren't limited to: workshop presentation, speakers, hostesses, venue decoration, graphic design, invitation, arrival and guest management, vendor outsourcing, press releases & media notification. We also offer bridal consulting and wedding planning.
Administrative Management & Concierge/Personal Assistant

Madison Donovan Group not only offers customized services, we also offer customized payment options. Whether you're a non-profit, business or even a local, state, national or international titleholder - we have payment options that will work for you.

1. Invoice - We will provide you with an invoice for services that can be paid by cash, company or personal check, pay pal, or credit card. We are a Verified Pay Pal Vendor.
2. Monthly Billing - Gold Package Pageant clients, non-profits, individuals and businesses are offered the option to have service fees charged to a credit card, debit card or Pay Pal account on a monthly basis, with reminders.
3. Queen's Bureau (R) Subscriptions - A unique monthly service for pageant titleholders offering media placement and appearance opportunities on a single state, multi state or nationwide level. When selecting either state option, you will be contacted regarding your location.
